What is your MOQ?

No MOQ. You can order as few or as many garments as you need.

What is the difference between digital printing and screen printing?

Digital printing works like an inkjet printer designs are printed directly onto garments using water-based CMYK inks, ideal for small runs and full-colour images. Screen printing uses stencils and oil-based inks applied in layers, making it better for larger runs and simple, bold designs.

How do I get a quote?

Simply drop us a line via email or phone, or fill out our online quote request form to receive a quick and competitive quote, usually within the hour.

Can I mix sizes and garment styles within my order?

Yes, you can mix sizes and styles in one order, as long as the same artwork, ink colours, and print size are used. If different inks or artwork are used, these count as separate jobs (discounts may apply).

How long will my order take?

Most orders are completed and delivered within 3-5 working days from payment and final approval. An express service is available for urgent jobs.

Can I supply my own garments?

Yes, you may supply your own garments if they are suitable for printing. Some processes (like digital or vinyl transfer) may not support customer-supplied garments.

What sort of artwork files do you accept?

Ideally, print-ready vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF). However, all file types are accepted, and our team can convert or redraw artwork as needed.

What size should my artwork be?

Vector files can be any size; raster files should be high resolution. Standard large print: 28 cm wide. Pocket print: 9 cm wide.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer both standard and express delivery options. For urgent orders, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to prioritise your job.

Do you provide a graphic design service?

Yes, we offer a basic design service for re-drawing simple logos or text. Complex designs are charged at $50 per design.

Can you alter my logo to be suitable for print?

Yes, we can vectorise your logo and provide digital mockups free of charge to ensure it's ready for printing.

What are your care instructions?

Wash inside out with cold water and line dry. Avoid hot washing and tumble drying to prevent cracking or peeling of prints.

Are your garments fair trade?

We only work with suppliers who provide complete transparency and ensure all products are produced in safe factories meeting international standards.
