Standard shipping is available Australia-wide, with free shipping on all orders over $200. Next-day dispatch is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff contact us if you have an urgent deadline.

How do I place an order or get a custom quote?

We typically respond to quote requests within one business hour. When submitting a quote, it helps to include: the garment type and colour, the quantity and sizes needed, your decoration method (digital print, embroidery, or labelling), and your required deadline or event date.

What does GSM mean in blank clothing, and what GSM are your garments?
GSM stands for “grams per square metre” and is a measure of fabric weight. In blank clothing, it’s one of the most useful indicators of how a garment will feel, drape, and perform under decoration.
As a general guide:
• 150-180 GSM tees are lightweight and breathable, ideal for warm climates and everyday wear.
• 200-250 GSM is mid-weight the most popular range for printed tees and branded clothing.
• 280-350 GSM hoodies and sweatshirts are considered heavyweight and are more durable, warmer, and better suited to embroidery.

What sizes do your blank garments come in?
Our blank garments are available from XS through to 3XL across most styles, with size availability varying by product. Each product page includes a full size chart with chest measurements and body length to help you select the correct fit.
If you need a size or colour that is not currently showing as available, contact our team we may be able to accommodate your request or advise on the next restock.
Custom Printing & Decoration
What is the difference between digital printing and screen printing?
Digital printing (also called DTG – Direct to Garment) works like an advanced inkjet printer. Designs are applied directly to the fabric using water-based CMYK inks. It is ideal for small runs, complex full-colour artwork, photographic prints, and orders that do not justify screen setup costs. No minimum quantities apply.
Screen printing uses oil-based inks pushed through fine mesh stencils onto the fabric, one colour at a time. It produces vibrant, long-lasting prints and is more cost-effective for large runs with simple, bold designs. Setup costs apply per colour, so it works best at higher quantities.

What is the difference between digital printing and embroidery?
Digital printing applies your design as ink directly onto the fabric surface excellent for full-colour images, gradients, and detailed artwork. It produces a flat, print-like finish.
Embroidery stitches your design into the fabric using thread, creating a raised, textured finish that looks and feels premium. Embroidery is particularly suited to logos, monograms, and brand marks that need to look sharp on hoodies, caps, polos, and corporate uniforms. It is more durable than print under repeated washing.

Custom Embroidery vs Digital Printing: Which Is Better for Your Clothing Brand?
Can I supply my own design file for printing or embroidery?
Yes. We accept customer-supplied artwork for all custom decoration services. For digital printing, we recommend high-resolution files (300 DPI or above) in PNG, PDF, or AI format. For embroidery, vector files (AI or EPS) produce the best digitizing results, though we can work with high-quality raster files.
If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, send it through as part of your quote request and our team will advise. We can also assist with basic artwork preparation where needed.
Do you offer custom labelling and packaging for clothing brands?
Yes. No64 Apparel offers a complete labelling and packaging service designed for clothing brands launching or scaling their product line. This includes custom woven labels, hang tags, polybag packaging, and retail-ready presentation.

How long does delivery take across Australia?
For blank garment orders, we offer next-day dispatch for orders placed before our daily cutoff. Estimated delivery times from our Berwick, VIC studio:
• Melbourne: 1-2 business days
• Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane: 2-3 business days
• Perth, Darwin, regional areas: 4-6 business days
For custom orders (printing, embroidery, or labelling), production time applies before dispatch. Contact us with your required deadline and we will confirm whether we can meet it.
Is shipping free?
Yes, No64 Apparel offers free standard shipping across Australia on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, calculated shipping rates apply at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
If you need express or urgent delivery, contact us before placing your order to confirm options and any additional costs.
Returns & Quality
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with every order. If there is a fault or error on our part wrong item, incorrect print, or a garment defect we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
For change-of-mind returns on blank (undecorated) garments, items must be returned in original unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Custom-decorated garments (printed, embroidered, or labelled items) cannot be returned unless there is a production fault.
